Office Administrator (Part Time)
Location: Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 143 Lincoln Street, North Easton, MA
Reports to: Pastor
Status: Part-Time, approximately 15 hours per week
Schedule: Regular on-site office hours with some flexibility
Compensation: $21–$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (HTLCEaston.org), an ELCA congregation in North Easton, Massachusetts, is seeking a welcoming, organized, and technologically capable Part-Time Office Administrator to support our day-to-day life and ministry.
The Office Administrator will serve as an important point of connection among our Pastor, other part-time staff, congregation members, community partners, building users, neighbors, and the public. The position combines general office administration with communications, scheduling and recordkeeping, and support for the use of our church building.
The Administrator will work closely with the Pastor and coordinate as needed with other paid staff, including the Director of Music Ministry and Sexton, as well as with volunteer ministry leaders. We are looking for someone who can work independently, communicate clearly and warmly, and confidently use technology to organize information and get work done.

Snow removal contractors sought for 2026-2027 winter season
Holy Trinity is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide snow plowing and vehicle-area ice control for the church property. Because our building is busy throughout the week, we are looking for dependable service that can keep the property reasonably safe and accessible for Sunday worship, church programs, community partners, and other activities.
We are particularly interested in exploring fixed seasonal pricing, which could provide greater predictability in our winter maintenance costs, although contractors are also welcome to propose per-event, per-push, or other pricing arrangements. Proposals are due by September 30, 2026.
